Job Summary
To bridge the gap between strategic business decision-making and advanced technical execution, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Consultant will partner with stakeholders to address ambiguous business challenges, drive data-driven strategies, and manage deliverables across technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Align business strategy with analytics, structured decision frameworks, and performance metrics
- Translate business challenges into technical specifications and actionable projects
- Conduct exploratory analysis on property/portfolio data to provide executive recommendations
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy consulting, data science consulting, or real estate decision analytics
- Proven track record in technical execution, project management, and client delivery
- Hands-on proficiency with leading LLMs/AI platforms, preferably OpenAI
- Strong analytical skills with structured/unstructured datasets, SQL, Python, Excel, and enterprise BI tools
- Understanding of real estate business processes is preferred
