Senior Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support community health centers in improving patient health, the full-time Senior Health Center Analytics Consultant will lead implementations, provide consultative analytics support, and contribute to the development of the analytics platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new health center implementations by conducting stakeholder meetings and analyzing EHR data
• Provide consultative analytics support to health centers, managing data initiatives and training internal data teams
• Help build the analytics platform by identifying improvements based on customer feedback and industry best practices

Required qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with at least 4 years of experience extracting data from electronic health record systems
• Proven ability to navigate complex database schemas and organizational dynamics to drive analytics-driven change
• Strong project management skills capable of handling complex projects with shifting priorities
• Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and population health management
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse health center stakeholders
