Senior Analytics Developer
Job Summary
To support the Center for Analytics team, the full-time Senior Analytics Developer will be responsible for advanced queries, data consolidation, and building high visibility data products using SQL and Power BI in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and Power BI reports to generate actionable insights
- Collect, analyze, and report data results while collaborating within a small Agile project team
- Lead customer-facing requirement refinement sessions and provide peer training to enhance team capabilities
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant technical experience
- 3 years of experience with SQL Server/Azure SQL, including views, stored procedures, and optimizing code performance
- 2 years of experience with Power BI, including DAX, M-query, and optimizing query performance
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Familiarity with data systems such as Epic, Oracle ERP, UKG, or ServiceNow is a plus
