Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the domains of product analytics and customer success, the remote Senior Analytics Engineer will build models to track product usage, customer health, and renewal risks, ensuring alignment across teams while driving insights from data to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build models for product usage, feature adoption, and customer health metrics, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Customer Success to develop durable analytical models and tools
• Maintain documentation of models, metrics, and definitions while ensuring alignment with the team's standards and practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering with a proven track record of owning projects end to end
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and transformation, particularly with dbt
• Experience with modern data stacks, including Snowflake and BI tools like Omni or Hex
• Proficient in modeling product usage and customer lifecycle data, including health scoring and retention metrics
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and the ability to translate technical solutions into business terms
