Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Empowered to solve high-visibility data architecture problems, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will manage end-to-end data products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and reliability while utilizing modern tools and AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Own data products from source to dashboard, designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining the entire data pipeline
• Transform ambiguous business questions into reliable data solutions by collaborating with stakeholders across various departments
• Implement data quality controls and monitoring systems to maintain trust in data products and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence Engineering, or a similar technical data role
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses, ideally Snowflake, dbt, and GitHub
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data quality testing, and software development lifecycle practices
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT platforms, and building semantic models and dashboards using Power BI or equivalent
• Ability to navigate ambiguous business problems and communicate effectively with technical partners and stakeholders
