Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Building and optimizing scalable data solutions, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will lead complex initiatives from design through deployment, collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers to enhance data quality and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify opportunities for data delivery improvement and automation
• Design, develop, test, and maintain data architectures and ELT processes aligned with business requirements
• Provide technical leadership for analytics initiatives, ensuring effective information management and governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied mathematics, engineering, or a related IT field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of IT experience, including 3 years in data analytics engineering and experience in business intelligence or data warehousing
• Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, ELT development, and cloud database platforms
• Demonstrated ability to architect and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions
• Experience mentoring junior analytics engineers and establishing data engineering standards
