Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support financial traceability in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will build and maintain invoicing and reimbursement logic, reconcile data across systems, and drive variances to root causes while utilizing SQL and dbt.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain invoicing and reimbursement logic for accurate financial reporting
• Reconcile data between inbound merchant data, operational databases, and the accounting system
• Drive root cause analysis for data variances and implement automated financial controls

Required qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in analytics or data engineering, with proficiency in dbt or equivalent
• Strong SQL skills for efficient querying of large financial datasets
• Experience with reconciliation processes and understanding of financial data
• Fluency in API usage for investigating operational data issues
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders
