Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing data and analytics team, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will drive projects from idea to implementation, focusing on building scalable data models, creating dashboards, and activating data to improve business outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pitch high-value opportunities for data, analytics, or automation to enhance business outcomes
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition through implementation and impact measurement
• Build scalable, production-quality data models in dbt and design reusable data foundations for BI and operational workflows

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with extensive experience using dbt and Snowflake
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities and manage projects from concept to delivery
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions
• Familiarity with designing semantic layers and governing metric definitions
