Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of an AI-native data platform, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will design scalable data pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance self-service analytics capabilities, with the option to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable data pipelines and business-conformed dimensional data marts in collaboration with various departments
- Support the development and adoption of agentic tooling, including AI Data Analyst and dbt Agent
- Contribute to the evolution of data quality, governance, and security strategies
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Engineering
- Expertise in a full modern data stack including Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, and equivalents
- Proficiency in SQL and working experience with Python
- Experience with dimensional data modeling principles and building data for scale
- Ability to deliver readable code, strong tests, and quality documentation
