Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the development of data models for commercial strategy, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will build and maintain analytical frameworks that drive revenue growth, ensuring data integrity and governance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for data modeling, building tested and documented models for key business metrics such as ARR and bookings
- Govern data access and documentation to ensure consistency in reporting across teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to define analytics needs and deliver strategic solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in data or analytics roles, with 3+ years in analytics engineering
- Expertise in data modeling and experience with tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data workflows and automation
- Experience in building analytical models for GTM teams, such as account scoring and propensity analysis
- Proven ability to apply software engineering practices to analytics, including CI/CD and automated testing
