Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end analytics pipeline, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will instrument new telemetry, build production pipelines, and create executive-facing dashboards to enhance AI investment decisions and developer experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Instrument and extend telemetry related to AI usage, code changes, and CI/CD activity while partnering with data engineers on production ETL pipelines
- Build and deliver polished executive-facing dashboards and visualizations that translate complex metrics into actionable insights
- Collaborate across teams to ensure telemetry data is effectively captured and utilized in decision-making processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence, managing production data pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
- Experience in partnering with engineering teams to instrument new telemetry data
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards that support decision-making for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with git, CI/CD systems, and debugging production pipeline issues
