Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of production-grade data models, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will build and maintain enterprise analytics data products in a 100% remote environment, utilizing Databricks and dbt to enhance operational reporting and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise analytics data products across the full data lifecycle, from ingestion to deployment
• Develop and manage data transformations using dbt and advanced SQL, ensuring quality and change management through testing and documentation
• Design scalable data models aligned with business needs, implementing best practices for data lineage and reliability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering with a focus on delivering production data models and pipelines
• Advanced hands-on experience with Databricks and strong capabilities in Spark SQL
• Proficient in dbt, including models, macros, tests, and documentation practices
• Strong experience with GitHub workflows in a collaborative team environment
• Able to work independently in a fully remote role
