Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support complex analytics initiatives, the temporary Senior Analytics Engineer will work remotely for six months, focusing on developing analytical solutions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing spend and working capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop analytical solutions by designing and maintaining self-serve analytics dashboards and reports across various domains
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align business definitions, KPI assumptions, and data flows with multiple teams
- Analyze invoice data and procurement metrics to identify actionable improvements and operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or finance analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation, with expertise in Power BI or similar tools
- Demonstrated experience in creating forecasts and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Proven ability to establish data validation rules and document data flows and business logic
- Outstanding skills in translating complex business questions into structured analytical frameworks
