Job Summary
Partnering with Finance stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Analytics Engineer will model, maintain, and scale financial data assets to support reporting and decision-making, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to deliver data models for financial reporting and planning
- Build and maintain trusted dbt models for key financial metrics, ensuring accuracy across systems
- Write and maintain clear documentation for data models to facilitate self-service access
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data analysis, with at least 3 years using dbt in a production environment
- Direct experience modeling financial data and working with Finance teams
- Proficiency with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery
- Expert SQL skills, including complex transformations and window functions
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and code review workflows
