Job Summary
To support operational efficiency and business performance, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineer will build reliable data solutions, lead analytics projects from problem definition through deployment, and enhance data quality and infrastructure reliability in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics projects from problem definition through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Design scalable and maintainable data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions to address ambiguous business needs
- Mentor junior team members and develop reusable tools to improve team productivity and consistency in analytics engineering practices
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of the pharmacy business and Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling methods, including Kimball and Data Vault 2.1
- Technical proficiency with tools like Apache Hop, dbt, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure for building data pipelines
