Job Summary

Driving the vision for Analytics Engineering, the full-time Senior Analytics Engineering Manager will develop curated datasets and dashboards, establish data governance standards, and build a high-performing team while collaborating across departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the vision for Analytics Engineering, delivering curated datasets, dashboards, and internal data products
• Establish and enforce standards for metrics, data governance, documentation, and SLAs while overseeing data quality
• Build, coach, and elevate a high-performing analytics engineering team, fostering a culture of inclusion and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics, with strong hands-on SQL, Python, and data modeling expertise
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in analytics/data teams, including hiring and performance management
• Proven ability to define semantic layers and build scalable dashboards, with experience in BI/visualization tools such as Looker
• Experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines with a focus on data quality and validation
• Track record of driving projects end to end and demonstrating measurable outcomes
