Senior Analytics Leader
Job Summary
Acting as a senior analytics leader, the full-time remote Staff Advanced Analytics position will deliver high-impact analysis and experimentation to enhance the guest and host experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end analytics processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic deep dives into customer experience drivers to diagnose issues and recommend interventions
- Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of quality initiatives
- Develop metrics and analytical artifacts that monitor customer experience health and enable stakeholder self-service
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis
- Strong expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
- Proven experience with A/B testing and causal inference techniques
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows
- Experience in marketplace, product analytics, customer experience, or trust & safety contexts preferred
