Senior Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Analytics Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the analytics function, develop a high-performing team, and deliver actionable analyses to drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics and BI professionals while establishing clear priorities and expectations
- Partner with executives to translate strategic questions into actionable analyses, KPIs, and dashboards
- Personally conduct complex analyses and present findings to senior executive stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms
- Experience with enterprise BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
