Senior Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a data science team, the full-time Senior Demand and Forecasting Analytics Manager will develop analytical strategies, maintain scalable analytical assets, and partner with cross-functional teams while working in a hybrid environment with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four to five data scientists and business intelligence engineers
• Design and maintain scalable analytical assets in Snowflake and create self-serve Tableau analytics
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in a data science role
• 5+ years of experience directly leading data science teams
• Strong statistical and causal reasoning foundation
• Expert in SQL, data modeling, and building reusable analytical layers; Snowflake experience preferred
• Demonstrated practical use of AI in analytics workflows
