Senior Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading the analytics team in a hybrid role based in Lexington, MA, the full-time Senior Analytics Manager will define the analytics roadmap, prioritize projects based on business impact, and guide a team in delivering insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the analytics roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and prioritizing work based on stakeholder demand and team capacity
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, setting objectives and providing regular feedback to foster team growth
• Partner with business leaders to translate analytical projects into actionable insights, communicating findings through visualizations and presentations

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing analysts within a business intelligence or analytics function
• Strong business acumen with experience owning an analytics roadmap in a SaaS or subscription-based technology environment
• Expert SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries and optimize them for performance
• Experience designing and governing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics
