Senior Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Analytics Specialist will independently design, build, and deploy advanced predictive models while serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and senior leadership, driving measurable business outcomes through statistical modeling and machine learning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full analytical project lifecycle from problem framing and data exploration to model development and ongoing performance monitoring
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value analytical opportunities and align modeling approaches with strategic objectives
• Mentor junior analysts on statistical techniques and business communication skills while establishing model governance practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or data science with a track record of delivering complex analytical solutions
• Advanced expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
• Expert-level proficiency in R and/or Python, with strong SQL skills; experience with cloud-based analytical infrastructure preferred
• Proven experience building and deploying customer lifetime value, churn, and segmentation models in a production environment
