Senior Android Developer

Job Summary

To enhance the functionality of innovative communication solutions, the full-time Senior Android Developer will design, build, deploy, and maintain Android applications, working remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve scalability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and deploys new libraries and frameworks for core infrastructure while maintaining high code quality
• Improves the existing Android application by enhancing scalability, stability, and performance, while proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Collaborates within a Scrum team to support all phases of the Agile SDLC, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives

Required qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of professional Android software development experience, with expertise in Kotlin and Java
• Extensive experience with Android frameworks, UI development, and asynchronous programming using Kotlin Coroutines and RxJava
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM patterns, and experience with multi-module project structures
• Experience with VoIP/SIP protocols and integration with Android telephony APIs
• Proficiency in Android testing frameworks and tools, as well as CI/CD practices using Git and Firebase
