Senior Appian Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Appian Consultant will help design and implement features using the Appian low-code platform, collaborate with Agile teams, and mentor junior developers while ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Envision, design, and implement new features based on the prioritized product backlog using the Appian low-code platform
- Participate in Agile meetings, including User Story grooming, Sprint Planning, and retrospectives, while delivering presentations during Sprint demos
- Conduct unit testing of developed features and peer reviews of code to ensure quality and functionality meet end-user needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or other IT-related degree
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government's Public Trust security clearance
- At least 6 years of experience in designing and implementing digital, BPM, or case management solutions using Appian
- Strong Appian development and debugging skills, with experience in recent Appian versions (20.x and later)
- Good understanding of data concepts (SQL, Databases) and business workflows
