Senior Application Administrator
Job Summary
Serving as the primary owner for CentralReach and other clinical platforms, the full-time Senior Application Administrator will oversee configuration, administration, optimization, and support while collaborating with clinical, operations, revenue cycle, and IT teams to enhance autism service delivery and operational efficiency in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the administration and configuration of CentralReach, including user setup, permissions, and workflows
- Translate business and clinical requirements into effective system configurations that support daily operations
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with vendor support as needed
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems or application administration, particularly in healthcare or SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems or practice management platforms
- Strong understanding of user access, workflow configuration, and change management
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- CentralReach training or relevant certifications in healthcare technology or systems administration are a plus
