Senior Application Analyst
Job Summary
Providing advanced technical support and project management, the full-time Senior Application Analyst will focus on the optimization and maintenance of various healthcare applications in a fully remote environment, with some on-site presence required for quarterly rounding.
Key responsibilities
- Document and recommend workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements
- Partner with external vendors for integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of third-party applications
- Manage small to mid-sized projects related to healthcare applications, ensuring adherence to project management principles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Four years of work experience in related areas, or actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree with six years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, and Project
- In-depth knowledge of system analysis and operating systems, preferably in a hospital setting
- Ability to lead projects and mentor other analysts while contributing to best practices for application management
