Senior Application Security Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Application Security Engineer will develop comprehensive security solutions, evaluate new technologies, and enhance system reliability and scalability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and optimize integrated systems to support digital transformation efforts
- Lead evaluations of new technologies and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing organizational capabilities
- Implement enterprise-wide security controls to secure applications, systems, and infrastructure services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ year of experience with Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) using Veracode
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or C#
- 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide security controls
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
