Senior Application Security Engineer
Job Summary
Enhancing the application security team, the full-time Senior Application Security Engineer will work remotely to maintain a resilient security posture for highly visible applications, utilizing tools like Veracode and Burp Suite.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and the application community to implement security measures for applications
- Support Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST and DAST) and manage IDE Plug-in environments
- Design and implement enterprise-wide security controls to secure applications, systems, and networks
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of information technology experience
- 3+ years of experience with SAST, DAST, and IDE Plug-in environments using Burp Suite
- 1+ year of experience with Veracode for application security testing
- 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or C#
- IT-related Bachelor's Degree
