Job Summary
Leading the design and enhancement of enterprise systems, the full-time Senior Applications Analyst will work remotely to improve data quality and usability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, and enhance enterprise systems and integrations to improve reliability and usability
- Conduct complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications and data flows
- Develop and maintain standards and guidelines for information systems, advocating for best practices and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in information systems or enterprise applications supporting business-critical platforms
- Experience with designing and supporting complex enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system changes
- Experience analyzing system issues and developing remediation plans or process improvements
