Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex AI projects from concept to production
- Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear technical approaches and actionable engineering tasks
- Elevate engineering standards through mentorship, code reviews, and establishing best practices for software quality
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on production systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend software engineering
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring within engineering teams
- Proven hands-on experience with production AI applications, including LLMs and retrieval systems
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and workflow orchestration
