Senior Architect, Agentic Development

Job Summary

Leading agentic development initiatives, the full-time Senior Architect, Agentic Development will set strategic direction for design, implementation, and operations while working remotely to build and manage agent-driven engineering workflows across cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction for agentic development, overseeing design, implementation, testing, and operations
• Architect and build elastic compute capabilities that scale across major cloud providers while ensuring performance and security
• Lead technical design reviews and coach engineers to establish effective agentic development practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software development experience, particularly with large-scale distributed systems or cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with agentic development and building production software using AI coding agents
• Experience with elastic or autoscaling compute architectures on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of data platform concepts, including databases, query processing, and workload management
