Job Summary
Owning the delivery of use cases from discovery to production, the full-time Senior Architect, Automation will lead initiatives within the Enterprise Agentic Automation Team, collaborating with process owners to redesign workflows and manage technical delivery in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of use cases, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
- Conduct discovery sessions with process owners to analyze current processes and design target workflows
- Manage technical delivery, including planning increments, overseeing dependencies, and tracking value realization
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical/process consulting, with an engineering background
- Proven track record of leading process orchestration initiatives from discovery to production
- Strong skills in business analysis and process management, including BPMN modeling
- Experience with solution and data architecture in an enterprise context, including integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with designing enterprise-grade agentic solutions and an AI-first mindset
