Senior Assessment Production Specialist

Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior Assessment Production Specialist will manage graphic design and asset development, project planning and workflow management, and vendor coordination to produce high-quality assessment materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical art, graphics, and layouts for assessment items across various content areas
• Develop and manage graphics production schedules while coordinating workflows among assessment development and production teams
• Oversee graphics governance, ensuring adherence to style guides and managing asset organization and metadata

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, editorial design, or educational publishing
• Bachelor's Degree required or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience
• Advanced expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience in graphic production, file preparation, and Digital Asset Management
• Strong understanding of technical art, print production, and vendor management
