Job Summary
Providing proactive monitoring and surveillance of assigned assets, the full-time Senior Asset Manager, FL Licensed will oversee a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans, serve as the primary contact for borrowers and investors, and ensure compliance with loan covenants while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for borrowers and investors, resolving inquiries and servicing functions
- Monitor loan covenants and conduct quality control checks on loan documentation
- Provide mentorship and training to Asset Managers on complex asset management tasks
Required qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of Commercial Real Estate loan servicing experience required
- Familiarity with the full Commercial Real Estate loan life cycle
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and relevant information processing programs
- Ability to perform complex calculations and handle sensitive information appropriately
