Job Summary

Providing proactive monitoring and surveillance of assigned assets securing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, the full-time Senior Asset Manager - Florida Licensed will serve as the primary contact for borrowers and investors, overseeing a portfolio while ensuring compliance with loan covenants and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for borrowers and investors, resolving inquiries and servicing functions for loans
• Monitor and enforce loan covenants, conduct financial analyses, and address delinquency issues within the assigned portfolio
• Provide mentorship and training to team members on CRE loan document interpretation and servicing processes

Required qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of CRE loan servicing experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership position preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CoPilot
• Exceptional understanding of the full CRE loan life cycle from onboarding through mortgage satisfaction
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is considered a plus
