Senior Associate, Analytics

Job Summary

Driving high-impact analytics projects, the full-time Senior Associate, Analytics will evaluate consumer outreach performance, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, working remotely or onsite in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analyses using SQL, R, or Python to assess outreach campaign efficiency and enrollment trends
• Draft reports and create client-facing dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights
• Partner with engineers and data scientists to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and ensure quality control

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of applied experience with structured and unstructured data
• An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent technical training
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, R, or Python, and experience with cloud-based analytics systems
• Experience in developing client-facing reports and dashboards with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Ability to pass a Federal Public Trust background investigation, requiring U.S. Citizenship or residency for three of the past five years
