Job Summary
To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time Senior Associate Attorney - IL Licensed will manage client cases involving work visas and green cards, collaborate with legal teams, and provide strategic guidance to clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate cases and provide strategic solutions for immigration processes
- Guide clients through immigration procedures and maintain regular communication regarding updates
- Review and supervise petitions and responses prepared by junior attorneys and paralegals
Required qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in the United States
- At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume business immigration environment
- Demonstrated expertise with NIV visa types such as H-1B, L-1, and O-1
- Experience with all stages of the PERM process, including I-140 and Adjustment of Status
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior staff
