Job Summary
Owning a dedicated queue of Shopify brands, the remote Senior Associate, Brand Onboarding will manage onboarding processes, ensuring brands go live quickly while also working on projects to enhance the onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard Shopify brands from kickoff to go-live, providing proactive updates and resolving blockers
- Handle complex onboarding questions and maintain clear account notes to drive stalled brands forward
- Keep onboarding documentation up to date and assist newer Associates during active onboardings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer support, or a related role
- Hands-on Shopify experience strongly preferred; e-commerce or affiliate platform experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Clear written communication skills for effective updates to brands and internal teams
