Senior Associate, Business Development Analytics
Job Summary
To support the growth of an industry-leading provider network, the full-time Senior Associate, Business Development Analytics will manage critical analytics modeling and delivery, collaborating with various teams to enhance bundled-payment pricing development and negotiations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize and refine tools and datasets for bundled-payment pricing development
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop groundwork analytics for new bundles or products
- Support bundled-payment negotiations and optimize analytic approaches with data science teams
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in digital health
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and modeling using tools like Excel and programming languages such as SQL or Python
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and bundled payment models
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
