Senior Associate Business Performance

Job Summary

Supporting project financial management for technology and data initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Associate Business Performance will develop budgets, forecast costs, analyze variances, and monitor project performance in collaboration with Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts while monitoring expenditures and project spending
• Analyze schedule performance and validate contractor schedules to identify potential delays
• Prepare project controls reports covering cost, schedule, risks, and performance, providing actionable insights to project leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Anaplan, Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Power BI, and Excel
• Experience in project controls, cost management, scheduling, or project finance
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management
