Senior Associate Deal Ops Manager

Job Summary

Supporting renewal transactions remotely, the full-time Senior Associate Deal Ops Manager will manage deal structuring, quote validation, and document generation while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational support for renewal transactions, including quote validation and document generation
• Ensure policy compliance and data quality by applying discount guardrails and maintaining system integrity across Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, proposing process improvements, and managing Deal Ops cases

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial operations role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including opportunity management and quoting
• Familiarity with CPQ and CLM tools, including pricing and contract management
• Strong understanding of SaaS commercial constructs such as ACV/TCV and multi-year deals
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to work with complex deal structures
