Senior Associate Energy Transactions
Job Summary
Supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of renewable energy transactions, the full-time Senior Associate Energy Transactions will leverage financial modeling and transaction analysis to assess financing alternatives and drive transactions from evaluation through close, working collaboratively with investment professionals in a flexible environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate investment opportunities in renewable energy infrastructure through financial modeling and analysis of project economics
- Underwrite tax equity and other project finance transactions to optimize investor returns
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support transaction execution, including due diligence and negotiations
Required qualifications:
- 4-year degree
- 3 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, project finance, or consulting
- Experience building financial models to support investment decisions
