Job Summary
Supporting the evaluation and execution of renewable energy transactions, the full-time Senior Associate, Energy Transactions will leverage financial modeling and market expertise to analyze project economics and financing alternatives while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote or onsite capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate investment opportunities in renewable energy infrastructure through financial modeling and analysis of project economics
- Underwrite tax equity and project finance transactions to optimize investor returns
- Collaborate with developers, legal counsel, and other parties to support transaction execution, including due diligence and negotiations
Required qualifications:
- 4-year degree
- 3 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or project finance, preferably in the Energy/Power industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
