Senior Associate, Go-To-Market

Job Summary

To support business growth, the full-time Senior Associate, Go-To-Market will collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop effective narratives, and influence product roadmaps while working remotely or in-office across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Google sales teams to identify potential business growth opportunities
• Gather and analyze customer and product feedback to align product roadmaps with sales organization needs
• Partner with Product Management to influence product strategies and facilitate internal and external training sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology
• Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership
• Proven experience in developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives
• Strong ability to structure compelling narratives and build presentation materials
