Senior Associate Implementation
Job Summary
Supporting client implementations, the remote Implementation Senior Associate will deliver product training to end users, apply healthcare industry knowledge, and utilize strong analytical and technical skills to transform healthcare finance data into meaningful insights.
Key responsibilities
- Gather data elements from healthcare organizations by working directly with internal and external customers
- Provide product training and presentations for client end-users, advising on data transformation for insightful reporting
- Develop and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams on implementation projects
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of functional consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience supporting data-driven implementation projects in healthcare, including patient accounting systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with BI tools, Snowflake, and SQL preferred
