Senior Associate, Operational Intelligence

Job Summary

Experienced software developers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Associate, Operational Intelligence, responsible for building and maintaining applications, integrations, and automation to enhance operational efficiency within the Technical Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features that integrate frontend interfaces with backend services and data stores
• Collaborate with operational users to identify challenges and translate feedback into actionable technical requirements
• Implement logging, metrics, and alerting for services to ensure quick detection and diagnosis of failures

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development for production environments
• Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs, and experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and GitHub
• Ability to write and maintain Python and JavaScript code, along with SQL for data investigation and validation
• Experience in diagnosing failures across integrated systems and a strong understanding of frontend and backend interactions
