Senior Associate, Payer Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the Payer Growth team, the full-time Senior Associate, Payer Operations will manage operational, analytical, and project tasks related to payer partnerships, CRM tools, and account planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and enhance the team's commercial operating infrastructure, including CRM tools and dashboards
• Assist in developing and executing account plans for priority payer relationships, including stakeholder mapping and research
• Coordinate proposals, RFPs, and sales enablement materials, ensuring efficient processes and timely submissions

Required qualifications

• Experience in growth strategy, sales operations, consulting, or healthcare with strong analytical and project management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting to track opportunities and maintain data accuracy
• Proven ability to create analyses, presentations, and materials for senior leadership or external audiences
• Experience managing detailed, deadline-driven projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform recommendations
