Job Summary
Leading the development and maintenance of sophisticated pricing tools, the remote Senior Associate, Pricing Strategy will collaborate with senior leadership to maximize profitability through strategic pricing and commission structures while ensuring competitive market positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Own the accuracy and utility of core financial pricing tools, partnering with finance leadership for corporate planning and forecasting
- Recommend and execute pricing and commission structures in collaboration with CFO and revenue leaders to enhance profitability
- Maintain competitive pricing benchmarks and conduct trade-off analyses to optimize portfolio profitability and volume growth
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial services, renewable energy finance, commercial strategy, or related fields
- Proven experience in building complex financial models and designing pricing frameworks that maximize profitability
- Demonstrated capability in executive communication with experience presenting to C-suite decision-makers
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, driving alignment across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance teams
