Senior Associate Quality Data

Job Summary

To enhance quality data infrastructure, the full-time remote Senior Associate Quality Data will manage the ingestion and transformation of quality-related data, oversee data pipelines, and provide insights for performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the intake, validation, and management of quality data from payors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while using SQL for data issue investigation
• Partner with Client Reporting and Analytics to establish and submit clinical data files in compliance with HEDIS/NCQA and CMS requirements
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze large datasets, develop algorithms for gap closure, and ensure documentation meets quality standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare domains such as quality improvement, population health, or care management
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
• Ability to interpret BI/visualization tools like Looker or Tableau for data analysis
• Experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data wrangling and exploratory analysis
• Strong preference for experience with HEDIS / Medicare Stars quality programs
