Senior Associate, Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Supporting 529 and Child Savings Account partners, the full-time Senior Associate, Relationship Manager will develop partner relationship plans, manage escalated client issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor partner relationship plans, participating in status meetings and collaborating with various internal teams
• Independently handle complaints and troubleshoot problems, implementing effective solutions
• Act as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring accurate reporting and timely communication

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client service or relationship management
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume inquiry environment
• Critical problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
