Job Summary
To support multiple client engagements, the full-time Senior Associate SAP ABAP will manage client relationships, lead and mentor junior staff, and implement SAP solutions to drive business transformation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business development
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
Required qualifications
- One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for business transformation
- Strong skills in strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Ability to build meaningful client connections and navigate complexity with analytical thinking
